"It's not very often I find myself taking the time to give public feedback on service, but this agency is top notch and worthy of recognition. After not having done business with State Farm for nearly a decade, received a cold call from an agent in Reem Haidar's office late last week. Spoke at length and requested a quote for bundled auto, renters, and life insurance. Their quote was extremely competitive, offering significant savings compared to my current (auto only) policy with Progressive. That alone would be enough to gain my business, but it was their timely, kind, and proactive communications over the course of the last few days that really cemented the fact that these folks care and that I needed to take a moment to recognize their exceptional customer service. To Reem, Heather, and the gentleman I initially spoke with who's name I regrettably don't recall, thank you again! To their future potential customers, if you're in the market for insurance, give them a shout! To their competitors, step it up...these people are making you look like amateurs!"
